Tuesdays 6:00 PM – Interval Training. Take this class at the level you want with a combination of cardio and strength intervals. Each class will be a different workout focusing on different muscle groups. Strength, tone and define your muscles in this hour long class.
Thursdays 6:00 PM – Cardio Kickboxing. A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with cardio. This high energy, fun, challenging workout will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 AM – Strength & Tone. A low impact aerobic and muscle conditioning based workout with fun energizing music that will make you want to move.

Mondays 6:15 PM – Vinyasa yoga – We will work through poses by coordinating movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. This all levels class will benefit beginners and more experienced practitioners as we will provide options for every pose. Everyone will benefit from the breath work and healing aspects of yoga.
Mondays 7:30 PM – Restorative yoga – Join us to relearn the art of relaxation while developing the skills and abilities to self-soothe. This class will help us regulate the stress response and re-balance the nervous system leaving us feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Tuesdays 7:30 PM – Beginner Yoga (NEW!)
Terrilee Bulger has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. She is certified by Manju Jois in the Ashtanga Yoga vinyasa system and Yoga Therapy. Terrilee brings a wealth of knowledge tempered with compassion derived from her own years of practice and teacher trainings with renowned teachers such as David Swenson, Nancy Gilgoff, Greg Tebb and most of all her guru, Manju Jois.
