Tuesdays 6:00 PM – Interval Training. Take this class at the level you want with a combination of cardio and strength intervals. Each class will be a different workout focusing on different muscle groups. Strength, tone and define your muscles in this hour long class.
Thursdays 6:00 PM – Cardio Kickboxing. A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with cardio. This high energy, fun, challenging workout will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 AM – Strength & Tone. A low impact aerobic and muscle conditioning based workout with fun energizing music that will make you want to move.
Mondays 6:15 PM – Vinyasa yoga – We will work through poses by coordinating movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. This all levels class will benefit beginners and more experienced practitioners as we will provide options for every pose. Everyone will benefit from the breath work and healing aspects of yoga.
Mondays 7:30 PM – Restorative yoga – Join us to relearn the art of relaxation while developing the skills and abilities to self-soothe. This class will help us regulate the stress response and re-balance the nervous system leaving us feeling rested and rejuvenated.
Stephanie will be taking over the Monday evening Vinyasa Yoga, and Restorative classes from Terrilee beginning January 2nd. With the aim of helping people to feel good in their bodies, she offers a welcoming and accessible practice. Currently offering classes in Lower Sackville and Fall River, she loves the energy of a group of people moving and breathing together and is excited about being able to offer classes at the Hammonds Plains Community Centre. You can find her teaching Vinyasa (Flow) classes as well as Chair Yoga classes, and for the past several months has worked with Schools Plus to offer lunch hour yoga at a middle school in Fall River. She completed her 200 hr training in 2018, and has continued her education with Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for All, Yoga Nidra, and Movement for Trauma.

Our school has developed a unique program where your kid would be exposed to multiple physical activities and interesting exercises throughout each session. During every class, we would build a new skill based on the existing experience of our students.
We offer 12 class terms all year long. Kids-Wednesdays and Fridays 5:00-6:00 PM; Adults-Wednesday 6:00 -7:00 PM
