Thank You Councillor Matt Whitman and the Halifax Capital Grants Program for financial assistance towards replacing the rear stairs and wheelchair ramp at the Hammonds Plains Community Centre.  This project was of key importance for safety and accessibility purposes and contributes towards our purpose of being a welcoming and inclusive facility.
