Bounce Fitness with Dana Hickey
Tuesdays 6:00 PM – Interval Training.Ā Take this class at the level you want with a combination of cardio and strength intervals.Ā Each class will be a different workout focusing on different muscle groups.Ā Strength, tone and define your muscles in this hour long class.
Thursdays 6:00 PM – Cardio Kickboxing.Ā A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with cardio.Ā This high energy, fun, challenging workout will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 AM – Strength & Tone.Ā A low impact aerobic and muscle conditioning based workout with fun energizing music that will make you want to move.

Chameleon Yoga with Stephanie
Yoga is known to aid in reducing stress and regulating nervous systems. Have you found your joyful movement yet?
Mondays 6:15 PM ā Vinyasa yogaĀ āĀ A vinyasa style yoga class involves moving with your breath, as we flow through a sequence of poses. We usually begin and end seated or lying on the floor, and typically bear some weight on hands and wrists throughout the class. It is a fairly active class. Accommodations and variations can be made as needed and desired.
Mondays 7:30 PM ā Restorative yogaĀ āĀ Restorative Yoga gives you the space you need to return to a state of ‘rest and digest’. It is a relaxing class with poses meant to allow your body and mind to become quieter.Ā This is a full class of relaxation; we stay in each relaxing pose for several minutes using bolsters, blocks, and blankets as support for our bodies. If you have your own supplies, bring them along. It’s always nice to have your own blanket on hand for coziness.
Fridays 10:00 AM – Rejuvenate (Chair Yoga) –Ā A gentle, mindful movement yoga class, using a chair for support. Youāll feel stronger and more energized, while calming the mind and reducing stress. We’ll increase flexibility, and improve balance and mobility. A yoga mat is recommended, but not required.
Sportball
Multiple class options on Saturdays and Sundays.Ā Classes for kids 16 months to 8 years.
